The CPC1150NTR is a miniature 1-Form-B solid state relay which uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 1500V of input to output isolation. The efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die of the CPC1150NTR use Clare’s patented OptoMOS architecture. The optically-coupled input is controlled by a highly efficient GaAIAs infrared LED. The applications of the CPC1150NTR include: (1)Telecommunications:Telecom Switching,Tip/Ring Circuits, Modem Switching (Laptop, Notebook, Pocket Size), Hookswitch, Dial Pulsing, Ground Start, Ringer Injection; (2)Instrumentation: Multiplexers, Data Acquisition, Electronic Switching, I/O Subsystems, Meters (Watt-Hour, Water, Gas); (3)Medical Equipment-Patient/Equipment Isolation; (4)Security; (5)Aerospace; (6)Industrial Controls.
